David W. Luhman

Mr. Luhman is in charge of transactional matters for the firm’s clients. His practice is primarily in the areas of government affairs, wills and estates, and business organizations. He is a 1973 graduate of Purdue University in Lafayette, Indiana; and graduated cum laude from the Indiana University School of Law in Indianapolis, Indiana in 1977. He is a member of the Tippecanoe County Bar Association, the Indiana Bar Association, and the American Bar Association and is admitted to practice before all Indiana state courts, the Southern District of Indiana, Northern District of Indiana, and the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals. He is also a member of the American Judicature Society, Defense Research Institute, American Bankruptcy Institute, and Commercial Law League of America.
